inquiry
The process begins with an inquiry through my website. This allows me to gather initial details about your date, location, guest count, and overall vision, and to confirm availability and alignment.
Once reviewed, I will follow up to schedule a brief phone consultation.
consultation
Our phone consultation is a chance to connect and ensure we are aligned. We will discuss your wedding aesthetic, priorities, and what you are looking for in a cake experience.
This conversation allows me to assess the scope of the design and guide next steps with clarity.
Booking
To reserve your wedding date, a $200 reserve-the-date retainer is required. This secures your place on my calendar and allows the design process to begin.
Once booked, you will receive a design questionnaire that allows us to explore visual direction, textures, finishes, and overall feel in greater detail.
design direction
After reviewing your questionnaire, I begin shaping the creative direction for your cake. This is where form, surface, and detail come together to establish a cohesive design.
For couples who include a tasting, flavor selections are explored alongside design development so decisions feel unified and focused.
proposal
You will receive a detailed proposal outlining the cake design, structure, flavors, and investment. This proposal reflects the creative direction we have established.
Once approved, the remaining booking details are finalized and your project moves into production planning.
Finalization
Final design and flavor details are confirmed well in advance of your wedding date. This allows everything to feel settled and clear before the final weeks of planning.
wedding day and delivery
Your cake is created with the same level of care and precision used throughout the design process. Delivery and setup are coordinated with your planner and venue team to ensure the cake is presented exactly as intended.
By the time your wedding day arrives, every detail has already been finalized. You are free to enjoy the moment, knowing your cake has been carefully prepared and placed.

I work by commission and take on a limited number of weddings each season. This allows me to remain closely involved in every project and maintain the level of artistry and attention my clients expect.
