inquiry
If you’ve booked your venue, it’s time to start thinking about your cake. Begin by checking my availability by submitting an inquiry. Once I have your date and venue location, I’ll let you know promptly if I’m available.
initial consultation
If your date is open, we’ll schedule a brief call to connect and see if we’re the right fit. If it feels aligned, you’ll be invited to reserve your date with a $200 non-refundable retainer, applied toward your final balance.
design consultation & tasting
We’ll meet in person or virtually to explore the overall feel of your wedding, discuss how the cake fits into your space, and walk through your mood board and inspirations. If you’ve chosen to include a tasting, we’ll enjoy it during this time as we refine the design together.
proposal
After your consultation, you’ll receive a proposal, contract, and invoice. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due with the signed contract. Final payment is due 4 weeks before your wedding.
wedding day
Your big day is finally here! I’ll personally deliver and set up your wedding cake, coordinating with your planner or venue team to ensure everything is just right. You can simply enjoy the moment.
