Welcome to your wedding cake journey. We will begin with a conversation and move gently into design, exploring your inspirations and the flavors that speak to you. Together we will shape a cake that feels fully aligned with your day.

inquiry
Once your venue is secured, you can check my availability by submitting an inquiry. When I have your date and venue details, I’ll confirm availability and share the next steps.
initial consultation
If your date is open, we’ll schedule a short call to connect. This is where we get a sense of whether the experience and aesthetic you’re seeking align with the work I do. If it feels right, you’ll be invited to reserve your date with a $200 non-refundable retainer that applies toward your final balance.
design consultation & tasting
We’ll meet in person or virtually to explore the tone of your wedding, talk through how the cake will live within your space, and review your inspirations. If you’ve added a tasting, we’ll enjoy it during this meeting while we refine the design in a way that feels true to your day.
proposal
After the consultation, you’ll receive a proposal along with your contract and invoice. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due when the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding.
wedding day
When your day arrives, I’ll handle delivery and setup with your planner or venue team to make sure everything is placed with care. You can simply enjoy the moment.
